Gentle Fitness

Gentle Fitness is perfect for anyone who wants to do a little more exercise but feels that things like Zumba and Bootcamps are not really suitable for them.

We will teach members how to work safety and effectively, working on fitness levels but at a gentle and achievable pace.

Gentle Fitness includes:

Low impact Cardiovascular Exercise (no jumps, hops or turns) – Approx 15 minutes

Gentle Strength Building Exercise for arms, legs, trunks – Approx 15 mins

Gentle Stretching for tight muscles groups and postural advice – Approx 15 mins

Suitable for people with chronic conditions including back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, fibromyalgia, ME, hip and knee replacements, beginners or returners to exercise and of course seniors.

Classes will be

Weds 7pm at the Cygnet Room

Fri 12.20pm at West Maldon Community Centre
